So when you look back on it all was it worth it for the flowers? Did you see the bouquets that they have? I am on the fence since everything is so cheap over there.. but I have been to the website and recieved a quote and her stuff looks really good. I want something like yours.. actually.. now that you do not need them anymore.. ever think about selling your flowers?

Anyone been? I'm seriously considering having my wedding here. I was originally looking at the Melia Las Dunas.. but because I want guests to be able to go into town and go shopping, go to Havana without it taking 5 hours or a plane, and go golfing, I am now thinking Varadero is the only option that makes sense for us. I am concerned because on travel advisor it says the beach is rocky and because the resort is 18 years old.. Of course the pictures on the website look great, but there aren't any on travel advisor that really give a good look of the resort and the rooms.. but the wedding gazebo overlooking the beach looks fabulous. If anyone has any pics it would be appreciated.. I can't find any for this resort while Melia Las Dunas has a ton on-line. We were also thinking of Barcelo Solymar, but my travel agent says it's pretty "dated". She has recommended Sirenas Las Salina to me but I've read that it's too big to manage around..
