Tina- CONGRATS!!!! Nibsmom and Honey - Best wishes for a beautiful wedding!! I leave Tuesday morning and am so looking forward to it. We invited EVERYONE to our wedding thinking most wouldn't come because it was a destination but at least we could say we invited them and the trick is on us. We have 117 guest coming. My mom flew in and helped me make and pack ALL of the OOT bags I've decided to price each bag with all items included at $5. Where is the template for receipt? I tried to use the one Tina provided but my Mac was unable to open. Thanks ladies.

Hello Ladies!! 20 days til I leave for Cancun, 24 days until I say I do. I haven't been able to post much and am catching up on your post. It's so amazing at most we thought we would have 50 guest. Well as of last week we are at 118 guest and 37 rooms with 4 more rooms booked this week. I qualified for the free events am only doing a welcome reception Thurs, Rehearsal Dinner Friday, maybe breakfast with the ladies Sat morning (still deciding), and the ceremony Sat 5pm at Chapel Gazebo, cocktail hr Chapel Garden, Reception indoors in Nizuc lobby ballroom. A couple of questions for you ladies. OOT-bags--- my contract person in MIA (Katherine) who is AWESOME!!! recommended to not ship anything because 75% of things never make it she said. Needless to say bringing 120 of each and everything is going to be a hassle and I'm sure a real adventure to get thru customs. Any recommendations?? I heard someone say to pack receipts I will definitely do that. Flowers-----I'm getting the rose bouquet included in the complimentary package and I have asked to buy 10 gold, 10 orange, 10 mini gold, and 10 mini orange loose calla lillies the only thing they are offering is to paint them? What gives Can they not get the flowers. One of my BM's works as a florist so wants to doctor the things up ourselves instead of paying their enormous prices. TinaM2b- I think it was you who mentioned being able to mix and match some of the menu items. I just got a response from my WC that I had to choose one or the other. I was trying to combine some of the hors d'ouevres from Intl 1 and Intl 2 list and she told me I couldn't? Gonna push definitely. I think that's it for now. We are staying at MP Tues-Sun and checking in Sun Palace away from our enormous party Sun-Tuesday.

Thanks so much everyone. I finally heard from Angelica today she still left some of my questions unanswered so I had to send her another email. What's funny is we really thought we would have 50 guest tops and it has become 120!!!! Good news is that we are loved, bad news OOT bags are going to cost more than the wedding J/K I'm so thankful we will have a big bunch. I only wish I participated in this website sooner, is that why I am not able to open some links on other ladies threads Anyway to get around that? Liz1717 looks like your big day is next weekend and you are still sane enough to be on this site. I pray for that serenity. I LOVE this forum. I just don't know how to use it. I haven't been able to do much but read what other folks are saying. I hope this goes to the forum and not just replying to one message. Oh well. I'm getting married Moon Palace, Chapel Gazebo 5pm cocktail hour chapel garden, reception in ballroom. Has anyone had Angelica as a WC?? Haven't had a email response from her in a week and a half and wondering should I reach out to a manager or will my wedding me sabotaged if I do?? Ahhhhh breath! Namistay
