does anyone have any information on the possible menu's for the palace? we were just transfered from dreams tulum and would love the info! thanks!

for all the barcelo transfer brides I have found the menus for the specialty resturants at the palace but not wedding menus. if you are interested at all let me know. and if anyone does know about menues for the receptions please let me know

also for all of us new barcelo brides... any thoughts on the photographer&vidiographer?

i do not have any last minute people coming so i'm not sure but does anyone know if we should be contacting the barcelo wc for things we need or to go to landy? i need to make spa appointments and haven't heard back on who i should contact for that. any ideas?

of coarse there were no definate things stated but here are copies of the emails we recieved from both kevin and daniel. both were really quick with responses(a plus) Dear Ryan, First of all we fully regret the situation. We are completely focused on protecting the wedding groups and we are in the process of relocating more than 100 of them I'm afraid. We are doing everything possible to identify protection as quickly as possible and will contact you as soon as we secure it for your wedding. It is a monstrous task since we need to find judges (they are different in each municipality), rooms, wedding gazebos, reception areas, etc... We have to make sure that you are your bride have an exclusive experience and receive the wedding that you are expecting of course so there are numerous details that need to be arranged in order for us find protection for you. Clearly this situation has been too difficult to handle. We have revised the options and the Hotel that has the Catholic chapel is Barcelò Palace which is also one of the options we are using, being on the level. They have the date open at 3 PM. thanks for the update. we just heard back from kevin and daniel. kevin said that they have been redirecting over 100 weddings alone and are hopeing to get the the november brides in the next few days. also daniel stated that out of the resorts possible the barcelo palace has a chapel if that is what some of you are looking for. i know for us we have no choice if we want to have a catholic ceremony. hope that helps for any of you.

thanks, it just seems like they are putting all of the november weddings off to the last minute and we're all sitting here with completely different information.

we have our wedding planned for nov. 14th and haven't heard anything back from dreams. we are supposed to be having a catholic wedding and sent all of our information to the priest they reffered to us in tulum and now i have no idea what type of situation we are in for this. does anyone have any idea on what we can do? there are so many things that we have had to do to be able to have the ceremony we wanted and now i can't even get a reply about what we need to do due to the closing... any advice?

i'm not sure if everyone else has seen this or not but for us brides in the beginning of november it is not looking too good.... "Since we do not yet have an exact date of resolution, we will not take unnecessary chances or last minute decisions and will relocate all arrivals up to November 15th.
