They WC always took at least a week to reply to any email that I sent. I'm told that any weddings going on each day are priority, so I guess they have a day or two that they respond to email requests. Also, someone on one the forum also mentioned that the closer your date, the more of a priority you are, which may be very true. But, I did always get a response -- sooner or later.

I could take 25, (probably 30 in case I get a few more takers) but that would put you over 100. Let me know what you think.

Ivory sweetheart strapless mermaid dress. Street size 10. Brand new and never worn. I purchased for $499 but asking for $375 OBO. Price is negotiable and I will pay for shipping cost. I asked the WC about the photographer, and just received an email update this week. See below ( a cut & paste of her reply) WC says that it is a photoshop working in the resort, (however I was wanting to still get more info. on the company/photoshop, which is what you are probably asking and wanting to know as well. FYI: Photography prices: 2009 10 photos = 150USD (no CD, no photo album) ** 30 photos = 400 USD ** 36 photos = 450 USD **60 pictures = 650 USD ** 90 pictures = 850 USD ** 120 pictures = 1100 USD **Note: prices include print pictures & pictures in a CD ROM & a Caribbean photo album. IMPORTANT: PICTURES IN THE CD ARE THE SAME PRINTED PICTURES, NUMBER OF THESE PHOTOS DEPENDS ON THE PACKAGE THAT YOU CHOOSE. Video= 30 min edited in DVD price is 650 USD You can bring your own photographer, and you will have extra fees of around 70-100 USD per the wedding date.

I'm a Sandos Playacar Bride. Just about all the reviews of the property were very good on tripadvisor.com. I then began trying to contact WC to get more info. and available dates to narrow down my top 2 to 3. I went with Sandos, and they seem to be the "Best Buy" for the price. Communications was delayed at times, and I must admit, I didn't think about the fact that she may have had weddings going on for the 2-3 days I was frustrated and didn't here anything back. I finally did get a response to confirm available dates. And the staff I feel is trying to do better. I got a reply email from someone else to let me know that WC was on vacation the week after Labor Day. The WC also got rave reviews on tripadvisor, well the few people who posted wedding info. but that was equally important since I'll be trying to make arrangements out of the country. WC just recently sent me their 2009 wedding packages. Also, my travel agent had another bride who married here and said that everything was great, except for rain, and they moved the wedding inside (it was in June, I believe). Let's keep this thread going or create our own Sandos Thread!!! (I haven't found many of us on the forum). KIT

I have made arrangements to have my wedding at the Sandos property although we are staying in the newer part of the hotel with Junior Suites. "The Riviera Resort & Spa". It had great reviews on tripadvisor.com and the WC has been equally helpful, too. You may want to narrow down to your top 2 or 3 in case your wedding date is not available, whenever you decide your first choice. Good Luck!!
