Hello! May 24 2009 bride here. Getting married at Fiesta Americana, Cabo. So much left to do, it seems like we get 5 things done and add 10 more to the list daily! LOL. Already done: Photographer, Videographer, dress, rabbi, rehearsal dinner location, website, booked hair, working with a WC need to do: DJ, decor, finalize food/alcohol, find FI outfit... list goes on Nice to have you all on here to countdown with!

Hello brides! I just booked a trip to go to see the differerent hotels and meet with the WC's at the hotels for the end of October. When Im there I hope to 1) Pick the venue for my july 5 2009 wedding. 2) Find the resaurant/location for my welcome dinner. 3) Meet and finalize the photographer and videograpaher. What else, from your experience, would you recommend I get done during this site visit. I don't know if I will make it back to Cabo again before my wedding and so I want to be sure I get it all done as much as possible! Side note-not yet sure if I'm going to get a seperate wedding coordinator, but if I do, I can always book that and talk to her after my site visit, right? Also, still unsure of flowers..you suggest I meet with a florist during this site visit?? Thanks for your input!

Thats an interesting idea... let me know what info you get on that! It's true sometimes time shares can be cheaper!

Any of you who are getting married at the sheraton? What are you doing for alcohol? We have had other hotels be pretty flexible allowing us to do corkage fee.. Is the Sheraton allowing that option?

Hello all! I am looking for a good restaurant that could accommodate my 100 or more guests for a welcome dinner that I will be hosting. I would love somewhere where we could have some privacy...perhaps or owun room so i can bring in music (ipod). Casual, not too pricey.. Any suggestions??

I am actually in the process of planning my wedding at either one of those hotels as well. We should exchange tips and info.. I am working on bringing down the prices right now! Are you working with Karine and Carolina?

Hello fellow brides, I am really excited about coming across this great forum during my random search on the web! I am looking to get married next July 2009 in Cabo. As of now my choices are the hilton and the westin. I am still waiting on getting info from the fiesta americana. Anyone have a wedding coordinator's contact info for the fiesta americana in cabo? I see a lot of you Cabo brides got married at Dreams. I am just worried that because its all inclusive it is pricey for the guests?! As you can see I am in the beginning stages of the planning and am still looking for the right venue/hotel. Any tips would be appreciated. Looking forward to chatting Thanks!!
