  6. I was in the city today (manhattan) and I was shopping in the wholesale stores in midtown and found this hair flower for $2.50...awesome price! What do you all think? just an idea of the size...not the best pic
  7. RIU MoBay is the newest (opened Sept. '0...ROR is only a few years old as well. RIU Negril and RIU tropical bay are on the same strip of hotels and you can walk from one to the other. I stayed in RIU Tropical Bay this summer and it was very nice. I don't know if any of them are better than the others...I guess it all depends on the location you want.
  8. Really great! Kate I loved your hair and hair flower! Where did you get the flower?
  9. I just got in a fight with fi the other day over exactly this...he doesn't realize how much work and effort actually goes into the wedding. He also thinks that we just show up and everything is done. I don't mind that he is not doing as much as I am...I just want him to know how much work I am actually putting into this

I am not sure really if there is anything close to Mo-Bay to do really pretty TTD pictures. I know I have seen some from Dunn Rivers that I love, but I don't really want to travel all that way. I am planning on doing a TTD the day after the wedding. I am not sure where yet. I am flying my photographer down so he will be taking pics of the welcome dinner, all day of the wedding, and the TTD the next day

  12. i've been to Jamaica twice...once in April to Runaway Bay and once in July to Negril. When we went in April the weather was gorgeous...not a drop of rain...in the 80's everyday with a lovely breeze. In July, which is considered the rainy season, it rained everyday for a little while...usually around 2 or 3 for about a half hour-45 min. It never rained all day. When I spoke to the WC in RIU Negril she said that if you are there during the "rainy season" the earlier time slots are better for the ceremony (less chance of rain)...that is why we chose the 12 o'clock time slot...our wedding is July 11
  13. Where are all of the July '09 brides at with their planning....I still feel like I have soooo much to do and the time is flying by very quickly
