  1. I just got back from Coyaba yesterday. i was married there on November 7th. Go there!!! it was just so wonderful, i cannot say enough good things about it. I was like you, looking for a smaller resort. I wanted a more personal, intimate experience, and we got it. We had about 40 guests, it was a perfect size. Big enough that guests could do their own thing (or go on an excursion, which coyaba was SO helpful with), but we could all meet up and spend time together. the staff there has amazing attention to detail, andthey were just so nice and accomodating. I felt so special each minute, and we didn't have to worry about anything. The property was gorgeous. We got hit with a hurricane and had to do the wedding in the Vineyard (open air restaurant), and it was still gorgous. I didn't have to stress the rain, Alex, the manager, took care of it all to perfection, and the stars came out for the reception! Highly highly recommend. Please let me know if you have any questions!
  2. hi! i am getting married at Coyaba November 7, 2009. The links to the gallery and video were great. anybody else have pictures? How's the food?
  3. Thank you karma! i can't wait to read your full review. I'm glad to hear it lives up to expectations...it almost looks too good to be true.
  4. either of you still reading this thread? I have narrowed down my resorts for fall 09 to RP or the new Moon Cliffs resort in Negril. How was RP? It looks so beautiful. I wanted a place with some charm and intimacy, not a big resort. i think this is it. Let me know. Pictures??

I am here looking for good ideas! We have not set a date- thinking fall 2009. I don't want to get married in a big resort, i am looking for private villas where we can accommodate maybe 50 guests.
