I don't know about Taco Men that will come to your villa (to be honest, I don't know what taco men are, do they entertain? or just cook tacos?) but my sister did one of her lunches at Gardenia's (a family owned taco restaurant in downtown cabo). We have lived every summer in Cabo since I was 10 and have eaten there at least 3 times a week while we are there. They have the best fish tacos but all tacos are great. They are only open for lunch, you could talk to them about coming out or maybe doing a lunch with your guests there. It's incredible.
