I had the same question. I am a 2010 bride as well and am still toying with when it is best to ask....I am thinking sooner is better than later.

Hi Teresa! I am a 2010 bride as well - Yay! We were having the same problem with choosing a location...I think (yes think LOL) we are set on Los Cabos, Mexico. If you choose Mexico keep me posted and let me know what venue you decide...I will do the same! -Nicole

Hi Everyone! My name is Nicole and I just recently got engaged in May, Yay! My fiance and I are still trying to figure out what type of wedding is better for us. We are strongly thinking about a destination wedding due to his large family size and the fact that we don't want our wedding to cost a small fortune. We live in San Diego, CA and were thinking about Los Cabos - thinking this would not be too far away but just far enough. I am completely open to any suggestions as I really don't know where to start. You would think of all the wedding shows and magazines I read it would be a piece of cake, but I have no idea what I am doing...LOL! We don't have a wedding date, but are thinking summer of 2010.
