Mine nails are always very short, but I bought some nail strengthener last night, and I'm hoping they grow out a little before the big day. I'm bringing the DIY stick-ons as a back up. Sounds silly, but I've used them a few times before and always think they end up looking great, even in pro photos.

argh! i just got some FAKE mac brushes from ebay... and the seller keeps telling me they are authentic. um... NO!!
i know better.
it was very easy to spot with the guide posted above, and because i own one of the brushes that was included in the fake set i bought.
i have been in contact with her, and she offered me a refund if i return the brushes unused. well now what? i already know she's a liar... so i'm not going to send them to her before i get my money back. she'll probably tell ebay that they were used, damaged, or that she never got them.
i filed a complaint with ebay. oh well- worst comes to worst i'm stuck with FAKIES... ugh.

If you don't say anything about it, I bet he won't even notice. Well, I mean, he'll see how fabulous you look, but I don't think he'll put 2 and 2 together that you're wearing more makeup than usual. Besides, I think it really brings the look together.

the iberostar tucan (playa del carmen) DOES allow outside guests, but they have to pay a day pass fee. It's about $60 for all day, and it includes all they want to eat/drink/etc.
this day pass fee for someone invited to a wedding is less than it would be for just a random guest.

We got the boys clothes from Island Importer friday. I ordered them tuesday, early wednesday morning!!! super fast!!!!! and we love them!!!!

Yes! So true! I came to the realization last night that people aren't going to be using these at the reception, so who cares what color they are. The rest of their vacation doesn't have to be tiffany blue. LOLQuote:

My cups came in today. They are Awesome! Ebay seller cupman19 was really great to work with!
My only complaint is that I suck at judging colors online. :/ boo. I got "pearl teal" but in person I would call it jungle green!! I might have to whip out my crayola box to confirm... but that used to be my favorite crayon color, LOL!
My colors are tiffany blue (aqua/teal) and hot pink. So I really have no place for jungle green. I was totally bummed an hour ago, but now I think I'm getting over it.
Here's a pick of the cups next to my tiffany blue table number. The flash is doing some crazy things to the colors, and it doesn't help that both are metallic.
& here's the pic that made me choose pearl teal.
Maybe a little mis-leading... I don't know. But I am taking 110% of the blame for picking this color- I did NOT ask the seller for advice & again, he was AWESOME to work with. I highly recommend him.

Hi Everyone,
I'm selling a brand-new, never been worn, dress!
I was going to use this dress for my TTD, but I've decided to trash my Maggie instead. I purchased it from a fellow BDW member earlier this year, and believe it to be a "made in china" replica.
Dress is NEW, never been worn, and white.
It is a size 6 and fits a street size 6.
Zipper back, beading on bodice, pick-up skirt, long train.
I'm asking $145 including shipping to the USA, but will negotiate with you lovely BDW ladies.
