The Suncabo Casa Del Costa Tranquilo is by the new marina in San Jose, about 100 yards from Buzzards, and 10 minutes from downtown San Jose, not in Pedregal, unless they have two villas with the same name. It's a great villa, plenty of space, a good deck area right next to the beach big enough for 30 -40 people for a ceremony. Huge pool, two seperate casitas, a great outdoor kitchen area, fire pit, nice interior. We toured about 15 villas and knew right away this was the place. Not as luxurious as some, but overall the best place we looked at if you want to be on the beach. If you want to know more, let me know. Enjoy!!!

We had the same fears originally, but we went to Cabo and met one of their reps at Casa de Costa Tranquillo...and to make a long story short, we are very pleased so far with their professionalism and responsiveness. We rented the villa for a week in March 09...and so far they are still returning my calls and e-mails!!! :-) Good Luck! Brenda and George
