Thanks! We had a blast. I just put everything in the back of my mind and focused on our day. I didn't want anything to get me down because that was the only wedding day I will get!

Just tell them you already reserved the place for a certain amount of people and do to booking reasons only those on the invite are invited.

I guess it depends on what you want. Can your guests afford any of these locations? Does it matter to you how many people can make it? If you don't care who makes it or everyone can afford it then go with what you want. BUT if it is super important to you to have people there and one is way cheaper than the others I would go with it. REMEMBER it is your day and in the end you have to do what makes you happy. We were going to get married in the Bahamas but it was just too expensive for our guests and it was important for us to have people there with us. So, we opted for Cancun.

I didn't like the red carpet either but I think it looks better than nothing at all. I didn't do any bows or gazebo decor so it was perfect for me!! Plus it is cool because it's like the red carpet treatment on your way up PS for those of you wanting to see the Terrace I got some teasers back there are a few shots of the construction. I guess you can see part of it like the paint isnt done all the way... Really in person I didn't notice it wasn't until I saw the photos lol I bet it will all be done soon though. Mine was SUPER loud with just the speaker they had built into it. And it had a remote so if something happened we could change the song or whatever. We just bought one at walmart. I think it was like 140 bucks. Works great.

So, Jeremy just sent me about 60 teaser pics. They look great and I am so excited to see the rest now. We took him on our rehearsal dinner, which was the Pirate Cruise. We had him do our wedding and we had him do the TTD. So, I am sure he has a bazillion more pictures for me!! YAY! But, here are the few I have now!! Kat and Ryan

I think I remember someone saying the cigars are 10 a piece. So it would be a min of 250 bucks. We were going to do it then decided against it.

I say wear a veil! I wasn't going to and I am so glad I did. I loved it But it's all about what you want. Take some pictures with one and without one and see what you like better!

The terrace is under construction but they have it set up so you can't tell. It was still really nice and pretty. The bar they set up for the reception was just a little temp bar inside. They also have another bar right outside of the terrace for the Club Beach. I don't know what time they close though. I think I read someone said somewhere it is at 11? But I don't remember them being there during my wedding?? But heck they could have been. The other thing about the Terrace is people have to walk through there to get to the elevator to get in their room if they are staying in the club. So, you may have a few random people walking through. We did. But it wasn't like a huge deal it takes them maybe 5 seconds to get across the area.

She seemed pretty open into making your bouquet however you want it. As for the DJ I think it kinda just depends on what you are wanting. Are you wanting a lot of announcements and someone to keep everything going without anyone worrying about it? We had an IPOD and designated someone to make the announcements. We didn't have a mic but it was easy to get everyones attention. Dawn said she had a DJ and wishes she hadn't paid the money for it.

They look great! Sounds like everything went well. I can't wait to get my teasers!

I had mine on the terrace. It was nice but if you have it there make sure you have it outside. It is too hot inside.

I am sooo bummed I never got a good bridezilla moment in!! I kept saying maybe I will get to go bridezilla but it never panned out for me lol. All your stories are great though!

The only person I tipped was the servers at our wedding. I didn't tip the WC although I would have, had it gone better. There were two of them and we tipped both.. Seriously, the officiant is there for ten minutes. It is totally up to you on whether or not to tip. The girls at the salon are amazing and I tipped them well over what I should have. I just couldn't believe how great they were!!

We used the officiant's script. He was easy to understand and it was just a basic really quick ceremony. We decided not to do any sand or hand ceremony and honestly it probably lasted MAYBE ten minutes. It was short and sweet.

When we got to the resort I got a head count of everyone that wanted to go on the cruise. I went to the concierge and she arranged it for me. She just reserved it for 18 people and gave me a confirmation number. It was pretty simple. Then we all took a taxi down there and waited in line and paid. Like I said though Make sure you get there early. We were there like 45 min early and barely got to sit together. They did however excuse us for dinner together first before everyone else. That was kinda cool. Advice on how to deal with it all...I don't really have any. It is the things you don't think will happen that happen lol. Who would have thought the videographer wouldn't be there? Not me! I didn't think to tell my mom to check to make sure he was there. As for the Terrace yes half of it is in and half of it is out. It's more of a mini lobby for the club.... They for some reason set it up inside and there are fans in there but I guess they dont work. And it wasn't that windy and everyone was sweating. So, Ryan just had them move it all outside which was lovely. Gaby is seriously a flake BUT Claudia is usually there to save the day. She just happened to be out of country during my wedding. I am sure your wedding will be perfect!!

aw you poor thing. Just think of what a relief it will be when it's over and you won't have to worry anymore! We are all here for you and I hope time flies by for you. At least while you are in bed you can count on us girls for your daily dose of drama/laughter!

Yeah, good luck with that. We didn't even have half of ours RSVP. You will also have people decide to go with a week to spare!
