I am really confused also. I have just started researching - and I am overwhelmed - especially with the rule at Riu Palace that 80% of wedding guests have to stay there. I just don't know that everyone can afford it . . . Is that the normal at all resort weddings?

A cruise ship dinner (leaving St. Thomas) was the setting for my proposal - and I accepted! Lucky me! We don't plan to be married until May of '09. I have plenty of time to research and that's what I'm doing! Wish me luck!
