  3. I thought it might be fun to take a look back at some "Episodes with Morgan". Here's a start: gran cenote was wonderful. The bat poop cave was a different spot & that was gross & stinky. you tease! true that would disqualify it. more of a lose the dress session for your drolling pleasure The inlaws were farther down the beach. far enough. but then they saw a turtle laying eggs so they started walking towards us. i had my leg wrapped around mike standing on sharp rocks & we just kept saying, OK we'll see you later. 2 of my friends & some other people sitting on the beach had been watching it all. I know YOWZA I think I'm going to get flagged by the IT department because I keep looking at that picture. Ok, your turn!

  5. An island in the Caribbean wouldn't be so bad, either, I guess.
  6. We didn't have any attendants. Partly because our best friends couldn't make it, and we didn't want to have substitutes and then feel like we had to include everyone. And like Andi said, everyone could see better sitting than standing anyway!

I know a lot of people on this forum have said positive things about Claudia, but, I'm wondering about the others....the prices vary quite a bit, so, I'm wondering what the best choice is... Any help would be greatly appreciated! Wow, that's new. When I got married, we only had one choice, I believe Caribe Photo. I haven't heard a ton positive about them, but apparently they're getting better. There's a thread here if you will go search for Claudia. She would probably be your best bet if pics are important to you.
  8. Welcome to the forum! My mom joined with me, and now she has more posts than I do! She knows way more about the forum than me. You'll fit right in!
  9. Thanks for the update, Karen. We're all so glad to hear the pain seems to be resolved!
  10. Abbie, you look beautiful! And oh so happy! Congrats!
  11. How beautiful! Here's a link I found off of google: Loading...
  12. Thanks! Lots of cool ideas!
  13. Those are so cool! No wonder Morgan got to be so good at swimming in her dress! What a great idea!
  14. Here's my daddy. He got the shirt/tie at Kohl's: And FIL with DH:

I want to wait until the very last minute, in case he does something else equally as stupid, that way I will still have time to change my mind! hahaha This makes me want to cry! Maybe you should give us all his e-mail address and we'll give him "ideas" (and by ideas, I mean demands) of how to make this up to you!
  16. I think I booked my spa the day before, but I didn't have my hair done either. Most of my girls also booked the spa the day before or the day of. One girl didn't get to have her nails painted at the time she needed, so she did a facial instead.
  17. I voted #1, but I just tied up the vote again! I like the idea of having the same one you used in Jamaica. Maybe talk with your cake lady, find out if one will be cheaper, and go with that one! (What do you want to bet they'll be the same price!)
  18. Here was our set-up at Gazebo 55, with exotic gazebo, fabric for gazebo, colored runner, petals, and undressed chairs.
  19. Oh, and you can't count the trip, because you would be taking a honeymoon anyway!
  20. The first thing I see is the "dressed" chairs. Are you in love with them, or are you ok to have them plain? That was one spot I cut back. Let me know if you want to see a pic of the undressed chairs. This would save you $348 for approx 30 min use. Also, I assume you're using the wooden runner since you have high heels? What about not putting the colored runner on top of it? You will have your color in the gazebo decorations and flowers. Or, alternatively, cut out the colored fabric for the gazebo and keep the runner. Edit: sorry, the $300 extra for chairs probably isn't all for the "dressing", so it wouldn't be as dramatic of a savings.
  21. So sorry! You shouldn't have to put your birthday on the calender!!

  23. Jean-Marcus is the one who took these for us. Here's the thread if you want other options: http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t16923
