  2. You can definitely do that! I handed mine out before, well we are leaving next week. I handed them out a month ago. I wanted everyone to have them ahead of time so they don't get double stuff. Like I gave them aloe vera gel and I didn't want them to buy some since I provided it.
  3. Everyone is doing so good!!! I just got back from the gym and I am down 7lbs! I can't believe it, it usually takes me a month to lose that amount. I just caught up on the thread this morning. Celina- I'm so sorry you feel bad hopefully eating the soup bland today will help out. Jill- down 6lbs, thats great! I'm about to make Worcestershire beef patties with garlic and red pepper MMMMMMM tomorrow we will have steak. My stomach is growling!
  4. I know I'm getting sick of the soup. BUT it's definitely worth it and it's getting me back on track to eating healthy.
  5. OMG I spoke to soon earlier hahahah I thought it had gotten easier but I'm HUNGRY I'm about to make a banana shake. I didn't go to the gym so I didn't get to weigh myself either. I'M WITH y'all I CAN'T WAIT TILL TOMORROW!! BEEF! YAY!

  8. I'm starting to get quite used to this diet and it seems to be significantly easier! I plan on going to the gym later and I can't wait to weigh myself again.

There is always the chapel (unless your group is large) Good luck! oh thank you I'm keepin' my fingers crossed too! Yes, we have a small group so the chapel would be gorgeous if we can't have the beach The times I've been in Mexico when it rains it's usually only for an hour SO I really hope that's all that will happen.

At some point, you decided to marry. From that moment of yes to this moment of yes, indeed, you have been making promises and agreements in an informal way. All those conversations that were held riding in a car or over a meal or during long walks - all those sentences that began with “When we’re married†and continued with “I will and you will and we willâ€- those late night talks that included “someday†and “somehow†and “maybeâ€- and all those promises that are unspoken matters of the heart. All these common things, and more, are the real process of a wedding. The symbolic vows that you are about to make are a way of saying to one another, “ You know all those things we’ve promised and hoped and dreamed- well, I meant it all, every word.†Look at one another and remember this moment in time. Before this moment you have been many things to one another- best friend, companion, lover, dancing partner, and even teacher, for you have learned much from one another in these last few years. Now you shall say a few words that take you across a threshold of life, and things will never quite be the same between you. For after these vows, you shall say to the world, this- is my husband, this- is my wife." I love this! Thanks!
