The resort was beautiful, the staff was great. The sales and catering folks (those who handle the wedding stuff), ummm, how do I say it nicely, they are working with what they got, lol. My cocktail hour and reception was at the Three Palms restaurant in the courtyard. The other sites I know of are the West Lawn or the Gazebo. The food was great. My friend got married there last year and it was great then and great for my wedding, so I think they got this part down. IMO, the resort is as pretty if not prettier than the pics on the website. I just got married there this past Friday the 4th, however I had a dj instead of a band. There was a bride who got married on the 5th with about 150 people and her reception was around the pool and she had a band. She also had a steel band perform for her cocktail hour on the west lawn. I would ask who was playing at her wedding because we could hear them and I thought they were very good. I forget the name of lady who I saw handling her wedding, but it wasn't Natalie, Janet, Conroy or Youlande(sp). Yes, the communication is very bad. Apparently they have too much work and so little people, but it will come together. I was in your position up until last Friday lol.
