Thanks for the budget! Did this include a photographer, video, and a reception?? How would you rate the Dreams?? Anything I should look out for? Any tips??

HI I am looking at either the Dream Tulum or ERD for 25-30 people with a reception - and was wondering what others budgets look like for these resorts? I want to stay between 10 and 15K?? What do you think? Also what is the best time of year for these resorts?? Best meaning - No hurricanes and cheapest?? Sabrina
