Hey, I can recommend Julieta, wc and florist, and she also has wholesale prices for allotment and locations. wc in the hotel do need an outside coordinator! she makes good team with the in house coordinators.

Here is what I found out. Julieta speaks very good English (I talked to her on the phone) but writes very funny English (jijiji). Anyway, it is easy to understand her and she makes herself clear. Besides, her pictures speak a thousand words.
