You were absolutely beautiful, Leigh is talented, but having you and Paul as her subjects, I am sure made it very easy for her. The children are all so beautiful, one of my fave pics was when Paul was hugging his niece. Your baby just might have hair like Liam's, it's too die for hair, so hope for curls. Curls and big giant blue eyes, your babes will be heaven. Hehehe, just got married and we are already bugging you about babies...LOL Kelly~

Well girls I have a dilemma, my oot bags are draw string mesh beach bags, in them I have note pads, pens, first aid kits, travel candle, bath bombs, cards, lip balm, body butter, squishy stress ball, welcome letters, iternery, spanish phrases, and these beautiful travel personalized travel mugs.I have 40 of these bags. This is a lot of bags. My problem is I don't believe there is anyway I can transport all of them to the DR with me. Keep in mind I have all of my wedding stuff, wedding attire for 7 of us, luggage for 5 kids and 2 adults, for 2 weeks. Nicole is sick so I also have alot of medical supplies, a car seat for Liam, a wheel chair, a walker, and a sliding board. I am having a bar-b-q, 2 weeks before we leave, so this will be 3 weeks before everyone else meets us in the DR. I would have liked to have given them to our guests at our welcome reception the day everyone arrives (we will have been ther a week already), but I think I must give them out at the bar-b-q before we leave. I am wondering who has done this, and my question for you is, did your guest bring the things you chose for them to have while away, or did they forget them at home? I am sooo worried that after all the thought that went into the oot bags, they will be forgotten. I really, really would be upset if ,especially, they didn't bring the cups we had made for this special occasion. How do I ensure everybody knows that it's important too me, I am so torn about what I should do and how to handle it. Also will it still feel like a welcome reception if I do not have gift bags for my guests when they arrive? Should I think of a small gift for the welcome reception, and if yes what? I also have fans and gifts for everybody at the wedding service and reception. The final wedding planning details are driving me BONKERS. I want to stop overthinking every little thing, and I CAN"T!! I could use your input on this one girls, help!! Kelly~

Get the ring if it matches nicely, it is not always easy to find the perfect match, trust me, it's why I have had to have my band made. I think it works perfectly, and not too much bling at all, it is very pretty. You really are ahead of the game I am leaving in less then 2 months, and just ordered my ring, won't be ready for 4 to 5 weeks, I am really not ahead of the game.LOL Kelly~ -

There has to be some part of your day that calls for some kick as@ heels! Kelly~ -

That's just a tease lol Hopefully the cord will be back by the end of the weekend, and then of course I have to try and actually post them, that should be fun. My wedding band won't be here for 4 weeks, oh so long. No Timmies for me, just a really expensive necklace, I know so sad, your feeling my pain aren't you!!! Then again necklaces are calorie free, after all I have a size 4 wedding gown to fit into in 8 weeks! lol Kelly~ -

Yeahhh!! We finally ordered our wedding bands, I am having my wedding band made to match my ring. I was not liking anything with my e-ring. My e-ring has a beautiful (quality) round solitaire diamond, and a very small thin gold band. When you look at my ring, you don't notice the band, just the diamond. I was having a difficult time with the wedding band because everything looked awkward with it. The circle of the band is more oval shaped and all the bands we were finding were round shaped. The other problems was I wanted a semi eternity band with 11 diamonds, all the diamonds in the bands we were finding looked dull next to my diamond, solution, we went searching for the diamonds instead of the ring. We finally found the perfect diamonds, and a wonderful jeweller. He is creating the band to fit perfectly with my ring, and making the partial eternity ring I desire, I am getting my 11 diamonds, it is going to be sooo pretty (gulp, I hope). Spent more than I had planned, but as Everton says it is the one piece of jewellery I will have and wear forever, so let's get the perfect ring, not the almost perfect ring. We also ordered Evertons ring, not much to say, looks like every other guys ring really light yellow gold with a white gold strip in the middle with a petina efect on the outer edges. It is a very classic heavy band. While at the jewellers I fell in love with this beautiful necklace, that would be perfect for my wedding dress, really simple but delicatly beautiful. Well I looked at the price and just about fell over, $600.00, way to rich for a mom of 5. Well last night after I put Liam to bed, Everton came in from the gym (he was looking hot, all muscular and sweaty), told me he had stopped to get a treat for me and handed me a steeped tea and a Tim Hortons (Coffee shop in Canadian) bag, well as you have probably guessed, I opened it up to find my perfect necklace, and the matching earings, I was shocked!! Everton told me he didn't know anyone who deserved something more than I did, he said that I was the best mom, who took care of everybody so beautifully, and has worked so hard especially since Nicole got sick. He said he wants me to feel like a princess on our wedding day, and that from the moment I tried on the necklace in the jewellery store he knew that this necklace was mine. Well I'm not a gusher, but I have to tell you girls, this was a better moment than when he gave me my engagement ring. This was so wonderfully unexpected, and heartfelt, I felt truly appreciated, what a nice feeling. Kelly~ Oh yeah the jeweller had to take my engagement ring, to fit my band to it, I keep panicing thinking I have lost it, can't wait to get it back!!

Right now we are planning on getting married at Riu Ocho Rios in Jamaice, but after being on this forum and seeing everyone's amazing photos and reviews from Cabo I am thinking that it looks really amazing. I haven't been to either Mexico nor Jamaica. Does anyone have any advice? I have looked at Riu Palace Cabo and was wondering if anyone had ever been there and what their thoughts are about it. One of the things that is really bugging me is the photographer at RiuOR is terrible, absolutely not what I am looking for and the resort has a no outside photographer rule unless they are a guest for 3 days (way too expensive). I have been looking at all the sites for photographers in Cabo and they are amazing (Sol and Juan especially). Photos are really important to me so this is really worrying me. Anyways, maybe just the thought of committing to a location (ie, putting down the cash) is making me nervous. I would hate to pick the wrong site. I am gettiong married in the DR, and I know my wedding will be beatiful and fun but I also, after being on this forum, started wishing for Cabo. I think the photographer is big deal, and you will be hard pressd to get better photographers then Cabo has to offer. I can't find a photographer in the DR and this has been my biggest stresser, I say go with Cabo, I haven't seen one disappointed bride who married there. THe back drop of Cabo is also breathtaking (love the rock formations), in DR I have beautiful beaches, but just sky and water will be behind us. If you have a chance to have Sol, Matt, or Juan then seize it, they will capture your day beautifully!! Kelly~
