  2. Holy 6.5 lbs! That is awesome! I've been average this week. Got to crossfit twice. Ate pretty healthy most of the time. Has some chocolates yesterday and Tuesday, but good other than that. I'm trying to approach this as a long term diet change so don't want to be super insane. The week one of cleanse got the sugar more out of me so I had 2 chocolates yesterday rather than the whole box,

  4. I do no added sugar, no wheat, no dairy, very little meat (like 1 meal a week) and just water to drink. I guess I drink juices and smoothies too but they are a breakfast meal. The only grain/bean I did the first week was lentils and this week I'm adding back quinoa.
  5. Great job ladies!!!!! I was down 3 lbs too! Back on another week of cleanse. I had a dinner party and a baby shower this weekend, but only cheated mildly rather than going crazy. All about moderation, right?
  6. Have fun Abs! You are going to be so close to me! I have girls night out so that means wine but ill try to skip food. I normally do dinner part 2 and prob can go wo that. We are having friends over for make your own pizza tomorrow, but at least it is all homemade!

  8. Nice willpower! I barely made it through today w/o eating some rice bar things my daughter and I made. But I did it! I just kept telling myself that next week my cleanse gives me banana oat pancakes and if I hold out it will be way worth it.
  9. Keep it up guys! I'm going to crossfit tomorrow after 2 weeks of illness and no sleep that kept me away. Breakfast today was pineapple, romaine and spinach juice. And some almonds.
  10. I just cheated on my cleanse but it wasn't major. I had a tall decaf americano. I mean - not like a high caloric intake but I really wanted a pastry and somehow coffee fills that need for me. Probably bc they usually go together. It was delicious and totally worth it.
  11. Going strong! Had veggie stir fry over cauliflower "rice" last night. Snack has been apple with spiced cashew creme ( I made it so I know there isn't a lot if crap in it) and almonds. This morning I had a blueberry smoothie. Lunch and dinner are leftovers - lentil salad and broccoli soup. All I want is a cookie though.
  12. I had juice this morning - cucumber pear ginger and celery. I forgot how much I like juicing!
  13. I did paleo for 8 weeks and lost 14 lbs. I liked it for a jump start, but I don't buy all the science behind it. Like, I can't believe that quinoa and lentils are bad for you. But I did like it when I did it. Now I'm doing a 21 day plan from whole living magazine. Week 1 is no meat, dairy, gluten, sugar, etc. basically just veggies, fruit and lentils. It stays no dairy, gluten, sugar but adds fish week 3.
  14. Join for sure! I'm doing well on food front. Mango tahini smoothie for bfast and lentil salad for lunch. I also made my broccoli soup for dinner already.
  15. Smoothie start for me too. Luckily (?) I went to the dentist this morning so my mouth is sore. Maybe that will keep me from snacking!

  18. I'm going to do a Monday weigh in so I can hoss it up today. Went to the grocery last night (hot Saturday night here) and got my food for the week. Tons of veggies and lentils. Bring it weightloss!!
  19. I'm totally eating like a fat kid right now too! Baby is teething and sick so I'm not sleeping. That means all I want to eat is bread products and sugar to stay awake. Monday is a new day!
