I designed the table numbers and then just printed in my home printer; then, put them in a .99 cent frame I got from IKEA (they were very easy to take with us and assemble on site!) I also got the lanterns and candles from IKEA to create centerpieces.

I ordered these coral-colored paper lanterns from Koyal Wholesale - the Royal wedding staff hung them in a cluster from the top of their Wedding Gazebo (which was the way I had requested)

One of the inner courtyard areas of The Royal Playa del Carmen - this was taken at 4pm on a Sunday, you can tell that it's quiet enough during the day to use the hotel grounds for a lot of great photos.

there is an amazing rock jetty on the beach just past the Royal and it's sister property. I am so happy our photographer Gonzalo Nunez convinced us to walk a minute or two away from the hotel to take these shots!

we hired a mariachi band to play a 45-minute set during cocktail hour, many of the guests said that was their favorite aspect of the reception! The mariachi group was an add-on to the wedding package we got from The Royal Playa del Carmen.

wedding programs...I used a template I found on this site, and then customized. I printed from Vistaprint and got a great deal. I brought the basket and ribbon with me, we had a few to hold things that the wind would have blown away.
