Iberostar Rose Hall Suites Trip

Recommended Posts

Hi Everyone

I'm planning my wedding for Feb 2011 @ Iberostar Rose Hall Suites. I am going this weekend to meet with Nicole and get a feel for the property. If there is anything I can do to help anyone just let me know :)

Also, any reviews about the hotel photographer?

Hi-

Wow.. thats great! be sure to jump on and tell us how everything goes.

If you can get rates for 2011.. that would be awesome and info confirming that Tai Flora is the official resort Florist for 2011.  Also info on Digipix LTD?  Ive been trying to reach them for a month now.  My wedding is in June 2011 so any information you can find out would be great.  If you can email me any useful info. ms.carolstephenson@yahoo.com

Thanks in avance for anything you find out.

Have fun!!!

Hello Krisco

I just returned from a site visit at Iberostar and I had a chance to meet with Nicole. She is very nice and accommodating. I was so nervous because I wasn't getting anywhere via email or calling. But you will not be disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and remember they only do 1 wedding per day so you have the resort practically to yourself.

Also, I confirmed that they will be switching to Tai Flora for 2011. I was planning on using them anyway cheesy.gif! They are pricey but they will work with you.

Have a great trip!!!

Mishka- I am going to visit Iberostar Rose Hall Suites in May. I am so happy to hear that you were not disappointed.smile159.gif If you don't mind can you tell me how you planned your trip, what appointments did you schedule? How soon before you left did you get in contact with Nicole to schedule your meeting with her? and how long was the meeting with her? Did you meet with the florist in person?

My trip is still a while from now but I want to make the trip as productive as possible.

I had sent Nicole an e-mail letting her know that I was coming in May to visit and she said she would meet with me so for me to just contact her when the trip was closer.

I have been debating between having my wedding at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites or Hummingbird Hall, so hopefully this trip will confirm which location to go with.

Thank you so much in Advance!

Hi miscka, I am very excited as my wedding is coming up soon! did you get a chance to eat at Calabash or Mexican restaurant? How is the decor in them? in pics they look really tacky but there hasn't been any complaints so i guess they must be good?

When is your wedding?

Thanks, Camilla

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
