Hi everyone,

I'm completely new to this! We're planning our wedding in the Dominican in April 2011. We'd really like to have our wedding the Dreams Palm Beach in Punta Cana, but I've sent a few emails to the resort and wedding coordinator and I have not heard anything!! My guests are already asking me about my plans so I'd really like to secure my location and date!! Are there any Dreams Palm Beach brides out there who can provide a contact/email for the wedding coordinator? I'm thinking I may have used the wrong email. Thank-you!!!!

Hi, I've received a package from them and the email address that they wrote from was [email protected] I hope you are able to get a hold of them. I know they are super busy with weddings and I think it might take them a week to get back to you. Because your wedding date is just under a year away, they might not feel the rush to get back to you. The resort looks and sounds AMAZING!! I'm definitely considering it for my January 2011 wedding! Good luck!

I just booked my wedding at DPB for June 18, 2011. Once you complete the wedding request info on the website, they are usually pretty quick to respond. I've been working with Yeisy and her contact email is [email protected]. Melani and Yeisy seem to be the main coordinators. But once I sent my deposit to secure my date, it honestly took about 3 weeks to get an "official" confirmation because they were waiting on the judge to respond. I was biting my nails, but all is well now. Don't worry -they'll take good care of you :-)

Hi there,

I am getting married at Dreams and the first request I sent to the resort did take almost a week but then after that Melani has been really good to respond back. We too had to wait almost 3 weeks after sending our deposit and request but too was waiting to hear from the judge for the date. Here is Melani's signature from her email.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
