"Lounge" furniture? vendors in Cancun

So Ive seen some really nice photos of some of the girls weddings on here from The Royal in Playa del carmern, and they have lounge furniture, im wondering if that was provided by the hotel are through a vendor? and if a vendor if someone can tell me the site or a contact info. ive tried to PM a few girls that I saw that had it, but apparently I cant PM yet? Thanks so much.

Ask your WC if they have contacts, I'm sure they do. My resort provided it with the package I chose but they have contacts for everything.

Have either of you two vendors worked with Palace Resorts? They seem to have prefered vendors. The vendor they have for furnature is very expensive. I have heard they allow exceptions at times with certain people.

Great question. To either of the vendors, have you ever supplied furniture for the Azul Sensatori? Having a wedding in January with about 60 guests and thinking about the lounge furniture for a cocktail party.

The outside vendor policy is still very strong in both hotels and they put so high fee that for us it becomes imposible to work. We have done a few events at Palace resosrt so maybe you cna ask your coordinator how much the fee would be and we can see what we coudl work out. Now for Azul ....they have their on furnitures and try to rent them of course...but again having a decorator and just a rental company is not the same!!
