Printing enclosures for pocketfolds?

I have my invites designed and ready to be printed, but my only problem is the enclosures. How did you girls print yours the right size? I tried printing on a regular sheet 2 per sheet, I couldn't cut it straight then. I tried pre-cut enclosures and it wouldn't print without a huge margin! I am so lost on this, and ready to rip my hair out. I really don't want to bring them somewhere to be printed because I already bought the paper and printers won't use it.

Any ideas? Tips?

I ran into this exact problem myself- except that the 2 printers I tried wouldn't print on the pre-cut enclosers straight- they all came out crooked! I ended up posting a simliar thread to yours a week or so ago and unfortunately didn't get much of a response. I ended up contacting Cards and Pockets where I purchased the enclosures from and am having them print the invites for a very reasonable price. I'll be putting them all together myself- they're just doing the printing.

I know this isn't what you're looking for, but if you get stuck- then it might be worth considering.

I really do thank you both for posting this because now I won't even bother trying to print my own ...

I may just have to have them do it. I matched the cream enclosure samples I bought and they match the paper i have. If you don't mind me asking, how much did C&P charge you for the printing, and how many did you have done?

We printed on the cards and pockets enclosures for our invites. What size do you have, and what problems are you having?

We have an epson. We had the precut enclosures and the only problem we had was it wouldnt print "borderless". We ended up using photoshop to recreate it. We had to put a border on it so it would print okay.

That's not bad at all. Considering I would have to buy ink for twice that much! I need to do 30 sets as well. Even if it was $60 I would be fine with that. once I have all my info I will definitely be sending my stuff in for a price quote.
