Did it happen to one of you?

Even though the dress is bought & paid for they won't let you take pictures!!?? That's a bit ridiculous! What are they going to do?? Kick you out!? Take them anyway!! LOL

Josee, you still have time to find a new dress, even though it may not in your budget. I am on my third and final dress now, bought the last one last month, and have only 2 and a half months to go! I am happier that I did so, because I am TEN times happier, and am not thinking about it anymore! If it nags at you, then perhaps you should really consider, and quickly, purchasing a dress, or even altering it to something you love! Truly good luck, you deserve to be ecstatic over your dress!!

I decided to go shopping this past weekend and look for another dress. I did not find anything and everybody kept telling me to hurry up!!! I know there right, I don't have alot of time left, I am getting married in less than 5 months. I don't know if it is the same thing in other region but in Ottawa and Montreal, it takes a minimun of 4 to 6 months to receive an order, so I have to find something that will fit me or that I will be able to altered. So now, I am considering adding some...don't even know what ... loll... to my actual dress. I promised to post a link for all of you to see the dress if I found one so here it is... please let me know what you thing of it. It it number 8. Thanks alot.

OMG!! How can you think that is plain/not unique??!!! It is gorgeous!! Seriously, no buillshit! I think it's absolutely amazing. Once you put a necklace on, a veil or flower (or both!) in your hair, it will all come together. You will look stunning!!!

Seriously?!? I was imagining something plain & borderline ugly by the way you described it. Ha! It's stunning! I love the neckline & brooch at the front hip. It is gorgeous & don't you change a thing!! Adding jewelry is all you need!

That is a goregous dress... I agree that when you add other things like the veil, makeup, hair and jewelry it will all come together.

I actually found a dress and I think it's the one but I'm not ready to get it. Im afraid that I'll find another one and not like it next year.

Sheree10, if you hesitate to buy the dress, then don't. It might just not be the one for you!! Believe me, I know what I am talking about lol... good luck with finding the perfect dress.

Oh geez. I was waited with baited breath to see this "ordinary" dress and it's stunning!! It's even got the beautiful lacey bust that I love! You know, I think we just have so many options and ideas around that we are always on the look out for something better! I'm totally guilty of it too...I thought I found THE dress, then stupid me looked around a little more and I found another perfect dress. Now I'm stuck!!!

Like the others, I thought it was going to be this sad little cloth sack, and it's entirely the opposite! Sooooo gorgeous, love! Hope we get to see it on you.

And like Amanda said, it's surprising that you weren't able to take pics after you purchased it. The salon where I got my Maggie Sottero dress is anti-photos, until you say you're buying it and then they'll even take the pictures for you! Maybe it's a Canada thing? Who knows!

There are some salons in the US that won't allow pictures either. I think they're afraid that the dresses will be made cheaply and tagged with the designer's name.

I think I need to continue my dress shopping next week... maybe I'll be lucky.
