Hmmm-on a positive note do we have a daily challenge going anymore? Should we start a separate thread for that perhaps?

the banned member is asking me if she can still participate. i told her i was checking with the group.

on a side note, it looks like people want to know rankings via PM. or at least the majority do! so if you want to know what ranking you are, please send me a PM. I will only do this once, so don't start PMing me every week!

I have been out of the loop the last couple days w/ fam activities. i personally agree w/ Kelly. If someone were temp banned then I think it would be ok but if you are permanently banned I don't think you should be allowed to continue in forum contests. I mean for example the referral contest if you're banned, tammy isn't going to give you a vacation voucher for referring people. You abused the privilege of being a part of this forum. And if they are intentionally doing wrong when the rules are clear I say absolute DQ. I do feel for their FI/DH but feel like maybe they should also be removed from the contest and refunded as their communication w/ the forum & contest came thru someone who chose to break the rules

I say DQ them both. If it was more than a simple one time mistake in judgment, then they suffer the consequences. If he was his own member, then I wouldn't DQ him, but by not signing up on his own, he's allowing her to be his voice on the forum. If she violates the rules, she's doing it on his behalf as well. If he didn't want to be linked with her wrong doing, he should have created his own account.

It sucks, but so does DQing anyone. Not following rules gets you DQ'd.

Can I ask who all is left? Since so many have been DQ'd and whatnot I was just wondering who is left. I really hoped we had more than what we have but what can you do. Next time hopefully!!!

I would also say that things like this should go in the contract or something saying that if you are DQ'd you are no longer eligible to continue with any contests. However I know I'd be pissed if I was this person and I didn't get my $ back. I think that's totally unfair. So I still say DQ her and give her and her fi their $$ back.

Can I say today sucks. I cant concentrate, my head hurts, and I forgot my workout clothes. UGH. I want a nap
