BDW Biggest Loser: Season 6 ~ Official Thread ~ FINAL RESULTS POSTED!! (#869)

Why is it that change makes you want to eat badly?

Within the last 7 days we've found out that my husband got a new job in a different state, he's left for that job, we've put our house on the market, sold our house, i put in my notice at my job, and now I'm packing by myself and moving an entire house into storage because the buyer needed to close in 2 weeks!

Can you say 'cheeseburger please'? :)

This is either going to stress me out and I'm going to lose a ton of weight because of it or I'm going to console myself with food and pack on the pounds...I'm leaning towards the latter :)

Oh girl don't worry about it! All that packing and moving (especially by yourself) is going to burn soooo many calories. Its like having 5 or 6 workouts in one day, at least!

WASHINGTON (AP) - Government health officials are announcing the recall of popular weight loss pill Hydroxycut, after reports of liver damage and other health problems.

Food and Drug Administration officials said Friday the manufacturer of Hydroxycut has launched a nationwide recall of the dietary supplement, used by people trying to shed pounds and by body builders to sharpen their muscles.

MORE INFO AND PRODUCT LIST FROM THE FDA

Hydroxycut is advertised as made from natural ingredients. It accounts for about 90 percent of the market for weight loss supplements, with sales of about 1 million bottles a year.

Dietary supplements are not as tightly regulated by the government as medications. Manufacturers don't need FDA approval ahead of time before marketing their products.

I actually did well (eating wise) over the weekend but I didnt work out. However last night for dessert instead of my jello (which I am clearly getting sick of) I decided to make Godiva brownies and actually went to 7-11 and purchased breyers all natural vanilla ice cream and soda (which I've been steering clear of for weeks). I spent $8 on those 2 items. That alone should have made me diet.

Yesterday I watched an old episode of Bridezillas where the chic lost 80lbs in 3-4 months. I'm like umm please tell me what you did....

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
