LOVE this part of the forum - all of you LC brides are too cool. we just booked our date at las caletas a couple days ago and are soooo excited...let the planning begin.

 

i think - no, i KNOW - we decided on las caletas 5 minutes into the boat ride. meeting kelley was great, she seems totally on top of everything...the site visit was hilarious - love that you pay for a day trip out there to basically sit in the sun and drink drink and drink! too funny. - although, for the price, that's way less than we would have spent drinking here at home! we know this is the perfect spot.

 

we took some video footage of the boat ride and the hidden terrace spots and created a fun little welcome video for our guests that we think represents the vibe of LC. pm me if any of you potential LC brides would like to see it.

OH MY GOODNESS! Your date is exactly one year after mine! We are getting married in two weeks!!!!

Maybe by 4/24/10 we will be heading back to PV/caletas for our anniversary trip and we can crash your wedding! smile78.gif

That's so great!! only 2 weeks to go! that is fabulous...have a great wedding and i can't wait to see your pics...so i know what to expect exactly a year from when they were all taken! wink.gif

haha! Don't worry I will try to take mental notes of the sunrise/sunset times and all of the logistics like that! wink.gif

Holy cow this is the longest thread ever! :-) So I am almost finished reading the 150 some-odd pages of posts here but currently have 2 questions to ask before I finish:

 

1. Did the cup order ever go through?...am I too late?

2. If so...does any one else want to go in on another oder?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
