holy crap! well, that probably explains why claudia's not answering my questions lately ... she's gotta be swamped! hopefully all of you who had gaby as your coordinator will have a smooth transition with your new WC! (you think gaby is getting canned because she offered so many credits that claudia wouldn't offer?!)

No probably because she did some big cocks up on quite a few weddings - look at the way she was with Kat. There again who knows they may have got someone cheaper lol

 

I had an email off Claudia a few weeks ago and she said she was knackered she was still working and it was midnight! I'm leaving the poor bugger alone unless its urgent

Holy crap! Gaby was my WC!! I'm not even going to bother Claudia (yet).

I think (hope) everything is pretty much planned and under control, i won't worry about it until i'm in Mexico (we have 5 days there beofre the wedding).

 

I don't need anymore stress so i just won't think about!

Wow!!! I just spoke to Gaby yesterday and she didn't mention anything to me about leaving.

Does anyone have Claudia's email address? I have never even spoken to her.

That really really sucks! I liked Gaby and her responses were extremly prompt. I hope that they find someone as attentive as her.

Ack, i was waiting on word back that my deposit had made it through. I've been trying really hard not to stress about much in the planning...and really haven't worried too much when responses have been slow...but this is freaking me out a little

Ladies, I know it is much easier said than done, but Dreams will take care of you, as it should be, much closer to your wedding date. Responses are delayed because Claudia and others on her staff are taking care of those weddings (and other events) that are coming up in the next couple of weeks.

Claudia is an excellent event coordinator and does this day in and day out. She works late hours and hardly takes any time off. She is always out and about the property making sure the events in flight are prepped. So no matter who you had as a WC, you will be well taken care of. You will also have a couple of meetings once you are on site. (Kiki - I only had 3 days before the wedding which was more than plenty of time). They have weddings almost every day and will make sure your day is as you want it and special.

Relax, focus on those things you can control- your dress, travel, OOT, wedding party stuff, etc. Looking back I know I spent *TOO* much time worrying about things that I didn't need to

I got my first response from Claudia, then handed to Daniella, then handed again to Gaby... and now another one? how many more on the go before my wedding??

 

How can I not be stress out

yeah it's important to keep in mind that they are working their *sses off ... and claudia even more so now that gaby is gone. let's try to be patient ladies, and focus on the things that you can accomplish without bugging them.

Is anyone having their reception in the Spa area?? I know some brides have and I know there are pictures floating around, I just can't seem to find them.

My ceremony is late and my Reception will probably eb around 7:30/8:00 and I am really thinking of trying to have it in the Spa area.

I remember loving the pictures (That I can't find..LOL)

I guess I'm just hoping for a review or if any of you know what the heck I am talking about :-)

In other news, I think I am booking DJ Doremixx..He is really cheap and I am hearing good things about him!! Let's hope Dreams lets him in!! LOL
