I wanted to add a note on here earlier and I forgot ... they can't toot their own horn, but this hearkens back to when I was talking about how a coordinator may be awesome but not have awesome photos to prove it - these guys have coordinated weddings for both a member of Green Day as well as a member of the cast of Scrubs - but can't post photos of either of those events. My point is - they do a really good job but quiet like wink.gif.

Just an update. I have been working with Tamara and Patricia for a few months now and I could not ask for anything more. They respond to my questions by the next day..... sometimes within minutes if I have my internet up while I am working! They understand exactly what we wannt and have been such a great resource. All vendors that they have recomended have also been wonderful! I am looking forward to our wedding!

Hi - would you be able to tell me what their rates are what is included in their rates? Would you mind sharing the venue that you selected for your ceremony and reception? I'm having a tough time deciding on what will work best with my budget and guest list size (20K for 65-80 guests). Thanks!

Sunset Wedding Package (for hotel events exclusively)

 

Includes

 

•Wedding Coordination of your civil* or spiritual ceremony

•Recommendation, coordination & supervision of your providers

•Full budget of costs of providers

•Complete & detailed schedule of the day of the event

•1 preparation meeting during the week prior to your event

•Rehearsal meeting the day prior to the event

•Supervision on the day of the event

THIS PACKAGE IS FOR PEOPLE WHO ALREADY HAVE THEIR YOUR DREAM WEDDING HOTEL LOCATION AND THE “BLUEPRINTâ€FOR THEIR EVENT AND ARE LOOKING FOR SOME DIRECTIONS, COORDINATION & ON-SITE SUPERVISION.

 

Note- This package includes up to 15 hours of communication (usually emailing) prior to your arrival in Puerto Vallarta. A slight supplement will apply for parties of more than 100 guests. Any decorations for the ceremony are extra. If the location you select for your wedding should have an event location charge or wedding set-up fee, you will be responsible for these costs.

*The costs for procedures/paperworks for civil ceremony are extra.

 

An additional charge of $500us will apply if the ceremony takes place at another location (church, hotel, etc)

**Additonal event coordination (rehearsal dinner, etc.): $250us including coordination of providers, communication and presence & supervision on the day of the event.

 

Premiere Wedding Package (for Hotel or Villa Events)

 

Includes everything in the Sunset Package, but based on a villa location, which requires more preparation:

•Complete & detailed schedule of the day of the event

•1 preparation meeting during the week prior to your event

•Rehearsal meeting the day prior to the event

•Ceremony & reception site suggestions based on your requirements & needs

•Assistance with your color schemes

•Periodical updates via email

THIS PACKAGE IS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE CHOSEN PUERTO VALLARTA AS THEIR WEDDING DESTINATION AND ALREADY HAVE RESEARCHED VILLA OR HOTEL SITES BUT NEED HELP WITH CHOOSING EXACT WEDDING LOCATION IN PRIVATE VILLA OR HOTEL, AND ARE LOOKING FOR SUGGESTIONS & IDEAS FOR THEMES

 

Note: This package includes up to 30 hours of communication (usually emailing) prior to your arrival in Puerto Vallarta. An additional charge will take place if the group is larger and if the ceremony and reception are in two different locations.

 

An additional charge of $500us will apply if the ceremony takes place at another location (church, hotel, etc)

•Complete & detailed schedule of the day of the event

•Rehearsal meeting the day prior to the event

•Supervision on the day of the event

And the following:

 

•Site inspection and meeting at the early stage of planning

•Actual location search & proposal based on your budget

•Scheduled meetings with hotel and/or catering services

•2 preparation meetings the week prior to your event

 

THIS PACKAGE IS CATERED TO COUPLES WHO NEED EXTENSIVE AND PERSONALIZED ASSISTANCE TO COVER EVERY ELEMENT OF THE PLANIFICATION AND REALIZATION OF THEIR WEDDING, FROM VISITING, COMPARING AND CHOOSING LOCATION, TO COORDINATION AND SUPERVISION OF ALL DETAILS OF EVENT.

 

Note: This package includes up to 50 hours of communication (usually emailing) prior to your arrival in Puerto Vallarta. This is for a customized event and can be at a private beach, hotel, restaurant or Villa. Any location outside of Puerto Vallarta limits will generate an additional fee.

An additional charge of $500us will apply if the ceremony takes place at another location (church, hotel, etc)

 

**Additonal event coordination (rehearsal dinner, etc.): $250us including coordination of providers, communication and presence & supervision on the day of the event.

 

**Please note in all the packages the Gratuities, telephone charges, additional time incurred for items or areas of the wedding not in the service agreement will be additional based on time

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.
