I got them 50% off last year in November at hobby lobby. They had a huge selection of styles too.

I got the heart ones on sale at Michaels last year. There were lots of different styles there, but make sure you get what you need as once they are gone from the christmas stock, they don't get more.

I was thinking of getting some little bottles to put sand in, but then my Mom saw the orniments at Michaels, and I loved them. The first pic posted with the heart shaped one is what I am handing out.

Dumb question, because they are such a fine glass, how did you ladies pack them in your suitcases? Plus, I'm planning on putting them in my OOT bags, so would it be one ornament per couple or per person? I'm guessing per person.

We are going to do them per person so that each person can fill them with whatever they like.

I will be transporting them down in their original containers since the will take up less room. I am going to use clear boxes which will come flat and I can assemble there and added filler to. If we have room I would much rather package them ahead of time in the clear boxes...

Good idea. Where did you get the clear boxes from?

Well, the ornaments got veto'd out. Instead, I'm going to use baby food containers that I'll dress up with ribbon, shells, and starfish. I guess they will travel a little bit better too, because I'm breaking out at the rafters will all the crap I'm hauling down.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
