I am having a private reception and the food options need to be in 45 days prior to your reception date. When you send out your invites be sure to include a food selection card. We will be sending our invites out 6 months prior this way we get them back in enough time to let Fabio know the food selections.

I noticed in the contract I signed for Fabio, it said that day passes can not be used for private events. Does this mean that if we have a private dinner, ONLY those people staying at our resort can come to the dinner? Or can people pay for a guest pass if they are at a different resort and come to our dinner?

Yeah!!! My wedding date has been confirmed. April 16 2009. Wow that doesnt give me a whole lot of time. I was wondering if anyone getting married within a few days of my day wants to go in on a photographer or videographer. Im wondering if we use the same outside photographer if we could split their stay cost. Its just a thought but if anyone is interested please let me know.

Hi All,

 

I am starting to go a little crazy with our wedding being 2wks away. I keep thinking that our IPOD is not going to work with the system provided down there and we will be w/o our orginally planned ceremony music. Can anyone confirm with me that the system is 100% IPOD compatible. I have even purchased a back up IPOD, just to be safe.

 

I would convert to CD but Itunes does not allow for it.

 

The date is getting so close and I am barley sleeping at all these days, I never thought it would be like this.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
