we just heard back from kevin and daniel.

kevin said that they have been redirecting over 100 weddings alone and are hopeing to get the the november brides in the next few days.

also daniel stated that out of the resorts possible the barcelo palace has a chapel if that is what some of you are looking for. i know for us we have no choice if we want to have a catholic ceremony.

Did he say if they're relocating all the nov brides? Just wondering if we can confirm what someone else heard about all Nov brides vs just through 11/15?

First of all we fully regret the situation. We are completely focused on protecting the wedding groups and we are in the process of relocating more than 100 of them I'm afraid. We are doing everything possible to identify protection as quickly as possible and will contact you as soon as we secure it for your wedding.

It is a monstrous task since we need to find judges (they are different in each municipality), rooms, wedding gazebos, reception areas, etc... We have to make sure that you are your bride have an exclusive experience and receive the wedding that you are expecting of course so there are numerous details that need to be arranged in order for us find protection for you.

Please be a little more patient and we will do everything we can to contact you this week with information.

PLEase accept our apologies. Clearly this situation has been too difficult to handle.

We have revised the options and the Hotel that has the Catholic chapel is Barcelò Palace which is also one of the options we are using, being on the level. They have the date open at 3 PM.

I am copying our wedding team so they can handle this.

So does that mean that they have your date/time at Barcelo and you'll be going there? I just cant wait to know where i'll be. They are being pretty responsive now and I know they're working hard with that many weddings to relocate!!

has anyone been transfered to barcelo palace for a wedding yet??

would love to hear if someone has a review or thoughts on the resort?!?
