It has been on the news a lot around here, but the nearest city to me is Edmonton and that is where the bus first left from and the victim boarded the bus.

 

All I can say is at least they were sitting in the back and everyone else was able to get off the bus safely. I would hate to imagine what could have happened if people tried running past him in his craze!

Someone posted on here about a day ago about how they came home and there was a dead bird in their mailbox... and they live in Ottawa too. I can't remember who it was, but she was thinking originally that it might have been their neighbours who don't like them.
I thought about it and it seems more likely that a bratty kid found a dead bird on the road and decided to put it in their mailbox.

Either way, very disturbing. Not nearly as disturbing as the bus, but still gross sad.gif

The thing that confuses me is...What is Greyhound's security policy? Do they have one? I mean, if you even look crooked or heaven forbid you have an extra tube of lipgloss in your carry-on, you cant get on a plane(ok I'm exaggerating a bit for effect!). But you can board a Greyhound bus with a hunting knife in your jacket? I'm so confused! What is their policy for passenger safety. It could have been a lot worse. He could have killed the whole bus full. Im just sick about it. Imagine that poor boys parents,getting the news of their sons brutal murder.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
