Pedialyte is the greatest thing ever invented!

When you think about it, it does make sense. It is gentle for baby tummies to counter act dehydration, whyich is what a hangover is.

And, a whole litre bottle only has 100 calories. The equivalent in gatorade is about 450.

The taste isn't great, kinda like sugary kool-aid. If you can chug a bottle the night before (when you're drunk) you won't notice the taste and not be hungover the next day.

I had to track some down in Jamaica and it was the BEST $10 I spent the entire trip!

I wonder if we were all on the same vibe.... I have been marathon training (hence, not drinking) and last night when I got home, my running girls cancelled on me and my FI suggested we just chill and have a daquari on the back deck...

2 daquaris, 2 Cuba Libre's, and 2 glasses of red wine later...

How the heck did I make it to work.

Jacqueline, I knew you were going to have a thread like this today when you mentioned you were going out with old friends the other day. I'm sorry that you feel icky and I don't really have any advice. Just hope that the day goes by quickly!

LOL Jacqueline! Your post made me laugh!

I hear ya, though!

I met up with some girlfriends on a Sunday night for drinks and only had 3 beers and was feeling blah the next morning at work! HAHA. I need my 8 hours of sleep.

Try drinking tea and take a tylenol if you ahve one :)

The classic Friday morning conundrum:

You wake up feeling like you're going to die. And then you realize that you're going to survive. And then you can only wish you were dead.

Be careful taking Tylenol after a night of drinking. Opt for Ibuprofen or plain Asprin.

Tylenol is processed through the liver, which is probably over-loaded trying to filter out the alcohol. You can end up feeling sicker or if you do it often, causing real damage.

That's it for my drinking rants! LOL

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
