Gran Bahia Principe Akumal/Tulum/Coba - POST HERE!

Recommended Posts

I am bringing a photographer from Austin. She doesn't do video.

I think we may just buy a camcorder and ask my future BIL to record it, that way we already have a camcorder when the baby arrives! I bet their video pricing is about the same as buying a new camcorder anyhow. The only difference will be that there wont be any editing, but that's okay.

LOL. She just emailed me and said that they have been super busy and that she is working on them this week and will mail the first of next. I asked her if she had at least one good one that she could email me to tide me over :o) Ha ha. I figured it was worth a shot!

Congrats! :o) Now you should relax for a week :o) The one thing I would say is that I worried way too much. I would get frustrated because it would take a while to get emails back, and I didn't see how everything could go smoothly after simply communicating with them over email. The great thing is that they do this all the time and they are great at it! Once you get there and talk to them face to face it will really put you at ease...Good luck and happy planning!

Yup, my number one recommendation is to not stress. Yuritzia is TERRIBLE at e-mail communication but she's brilliant at the actual production of weddings. Your wedding will be gorgeous and amazing! Feel free to ask any questions you may have!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
