So I'm working with a local designer who is putting our invitations together. She wants to me to start putting together all the information I'm going to want to include along with my invitation. I know for sure we will be sending RSVP return cards but what else should I include with invitation and what should I title the other tabs? I do want to take this opportunity to give my guests all of the important information they are going to need for trip so I don't want to forget anything. I am giving my guests OOT bags with a welcome letter and a schedule of activities we will be doing all weekend so the activities will be included there. Should I include local weather and wedding transportation, as well? What else am I missinghuh.gif

Aside from the RSVP card and envelope I included a Travel card. I just put that they could contact our TA to book their trip with her contact information on it and directed them to our website for wedding details with the password. The TA is sending out packets with their invoice or receipt for the trip along with brochures on the resort to all the people that book through her so I figured I didn't need to put anything else with the invitations. There is also a lot of info on the website.

Alyssa - what do you mean if are they are actual invites?

We have a pretty good idea who is coming but we don't have the confirmed number. Everyone will be getting invitations even if we know they will not be able to make it.

I included it on my website and invite. It was for those people that don't have internet...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
