Just as an update, I just received a quote from DJ Ricardo at $230/hr and DJ Mijares at $175/hr. Hope that helps someone in their search.

I used DJ Ricardo for our wedding on 12-12-08 at Club 96 in Palmilla. I can not say enough wonderful things about him. He is just great We had so many compliments on him, the music and how well it flowed. He doesn't charge for set-up or take-down time either. He is very friendly and speaks good English. He is great to work with and really cares about making everything just the way you want it. He worked with me a lot on our play list and he also did our ceremony music. He is very fast at returning emails as well. He is completely worth his hourly rate. If you have any questions about him I would be happy to answer them.

We used DJ Fradal for our wedding in May.  He was awesome!  He was really easy to work with over email, his English is great and he has DJ'ed in the US so he understood what we wanted. His rates were also reasonable.
