I'm like half-way through my OOT bag buying and I've already gone crazy with buying too much stuff, but hey, that's half the fun. I still need to buy more though!!!!

I really need some help finding something for the men. I know that I posted this before and I've searched through the other threads, but everything that I keep bringing up, Francis keeps veto'ing my ideas, and it's starting to piss me off. I first wanted hats for the men, but he didn't like that. Then it went to poker chips and playing cards- no go on that one. Tee shirts, no way. I offered golf balls and tees, but he says they are too heavy. Ugh, help ladies. My groom is being too much of a bride.

do you mean a wall? I think the saying is I have hit a wall...sorry you will find it all, the girls on here are incredibly resourceful...and honestly if you don't get everything you want then no one but you will notice.

When i saw "i hit a tree" i thought you had a car accident or something, thank god that wasn't the case. lol I always mess up sayings.

a girl from canada had posted before that she found little travel kits for men at walmart. i think they had shave gels, razors, toothbrush, etc. maybe you could do something like that. Does your fi have any good ideas? how about an electronic travel game like solitaire or poker.

Are you doing individual bags or for couples? To be honest, guys don't care about getting stuff.. Matt has been in a few weddings and his gifts are either long gone or up in a cabinet. (mug with his initial, flask, etc)

What about a few beach balls for at the pool or a squirt guns?

Don't stress too much. Everyone was happy with a koozie.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
