Help me pick out Mike's wedding outfit

UPDATE: Thanks for all the feedback. I am going with the majority vote (it also matched up with my favorites). I put stars on the outfits he'll be wearing.

 

 

He acted like I was putting him through some sort of cruel punishment asking him to try on all these clothes. That is why he is making the goofy faces.

 

I am trying to decide on Mike’s outfits for our wedding & TTD. We are doing the TTD the day before the wedding so he needs 2 outfits. I’ll be trashing the dress I’m wearing to our legal wedding in the states.

 

Right now I’m thinking the blue shirt will be for the TTD & one of the khaki shirts for the wedding. But, I’m not opposed to the blue shirt for the wedding. He looks good in blue. We don't have wedding colors or a bridal party so that doesn't need to be considered.

 

 

Here are the 4 shirts.

Here is each shirt with the different pants. Then the shirt next to my dress to see how the color coordinates.

 

The first 2 pants are linen & the rest are polyester of some kind of slacks material. I think pants #2 might be too short.

morg, i like #2 for the wedding because it looks most like the traditional mexican wedding shirt, called a guayabera.

 

i think the blue would be cool for the TTD.

They are all really comfy. We'll probably go with #5 for the TTD pants because they have an elastic wasteband inside. He liked that.

I like pants #1 the best, but he can't wear them for both. So those will probably be for the wedding.

I like #2 also, but they are probably too short.

I have made 3 trips to Kohls already & I still have to go back. I buy stuff & lay it out for him to try on. Then I return what doesn't work. He has a bunch of new stuff to wear on vacation now. I have to do a big shopping trip for him about once a year or he'll dress like a bum.

I told him he is Mariah Carey with a personal shopper.

Finding his wedding outfit has been one of the things on my list I wasn't at all excited about. I'm so glad it's almost done. The people at Kohl's think I'm crazy.

Oh my gosh...Ok...was nice to see ideas, but seein his expression made this poll ten times worth it! hahahaha Am actually surprised you got him to stand as still as you did for all the pix! hehehehe I think my fav (picture that is) is the one where he looks like he's sleeping standing up!

These are both my choices too! Blue with the comfy pants & shirt #2 with pants #1...

I have to say I'm kinda partial to the showing off his chest picture. The face he's making is just cracking me up! I can almost hear him saying "ooh la la!"

Yeah, he is a character. There were sound effects for most of the faces too. smile105.gif

So it looks like shirt #2 is the favorite. Does it look good with my dress? I was worried about it being too dark.

Thanks again for the feedback everyone! I want him to look good, but I'm still learning how to dress a boy.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners.
