That's ridiculous! Totally ridiculous! If they couldn't bother to even tell you they were coming, I definitely wouldn't give them something. Don't run around trying to get them stuff. If you have leftovers, fine... but 3 weeks before your wedding you should be trying to organize and relax, not running around looking for OOT stuff!

Are there specific things you need? I think I have some leftovers... just need to find where they are packed.

Yeah, I would definately not go crazy and run out and buy a bunch of stuff. You have stuff leftover, than great make them a little bag.

I have a couple of totes that I won't need from cheap totes, if you want them pm me and i'll send them. Hmmm what else do i have extras of... i'll look at my stuff and let ya know. but don't stress yourself out 3 weeks before you leave over it.

This made me laugh. Only because they always say, the people you least edxpect to come to your wedding do and will! And the ones you most expect, don't!
I am with those who said to go with a 'scaled down version' of the OOT bags. It's too late to order everything anyway so just do what you can. Don't stress over it!
Omgosh 83 guests! Aesome! How many did you invite total?
Girl, your day is getting SO CLOSE! You must be so excited!!!!!!!!!!!

That sucks. We are experiencing the opposite issue. 2 people have backed out and we can't change our headcount with the caterers, therefore we are down $274 b/c they changed their mind at three weeks before the wedding. UGH!!! plus all of the money i spent on the OOT gift bags. WTF!!!! people are RUDE!!!!!!!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
