I'm sorry Yari. I'm sure he will call you soon. Erik does this at times too and I get furious when he doesn't call me back but there's always an excuse.

on a side note:

What I think is funny is that Erik was going to go to Vegas last night too for a convention, hey maybe it's the same convention. He decided not to go though saying that he has work to do here. He also has a meeting on Sat.

What sucks is that I know he will not be just at the convention but out partying too or gambling, so I know your fears.

I would say I would go with you to Vegas to check on him but I'm leaving to San Fran in a couple of hours.

So I called his coworker and she called her BF (who is in our wedding) they were both supposed to be in a meeting at 10am and he wasn't there. I freak out more, call his room and he f'ing answers!

I was like, wow you are alive. I just started to cry cause I was so worried. He apparently got to his room around 4am and forgot to text me cause he was wasted. He overslept and missed his meeting.

I am so happy he is okay, but so pissed at him. I am so proud of myself I didn't yell at him at all, but I did say that we need to talk when he gets back tomorrow.

He called me a little later and said he was truly sorry. I calmly told him, that I am just happy he is alive and well. I told him not to buy me flowers or presents, cause they are not needed. Ugh, so happy he is alive but so mad.

Oh good I keep checking this thread hoping he will call and finally!!! is he going to be in trouble with work for missing his meeting? I'm proud of you for staying calm, I think I would have been pissed and made that known.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
