Sarah, I'm sorry. Are you sure you're eating enough? Sometimes that makes you gain because it slows your metabolism way down. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you. That's super frustrating. frown.gif Hang in there!

I gained 0.2 of a pound which I am very happy with. I thought it was going to be worse.

Sarah, hang in there - this is helping you learn a lot about your body and develop better long term habits. don't give up - you can do this. you have to match your exercise with healthy eating -you can't think that if you exercise, you can eat "this or that" - it all adds up and your body processes fat calories differently than protein and carbs. and on a real level, you really may be gaining muscle. call me later when you get a chance, i have an idea and a recommendation that i think will really help you!!! BIG HUG alyssa

Thats awesome for the fourth week in!! Thats not easy to do!
I think I am going to talk to my FI, hes a personaly trainer. Hes always yelling at me about what to eat and makes me mad and makes me want to eat it more....
Talk about depressing we were laying in med the other night and I was complaining like I always do and said.... I have 8 weeks to lose 20lbs do you think I can do it. And his response "well thats a lot of weight you have to lose in a little amount of time but you can do it".
So basically the reality came out that night that not only am I FAT to myself but FI thinks I need to lose 20lbs before the wedding.... ouch_125.gif

OK I feel better thanks for listening!!!

okay I am finally starting to see some progress...down 1.2 this week.

Sarah hang in there and things will turn around. I took me 5 weeks to drop a pound and I have been working out like crazy too....I think our bodies just need to adjust and then the results will come! Hang in there, I know its hard but it will get better!!

I am very disappointed with my slow weight loss. I had a crying session with my FI this morning and he was no help. His idea of support is tough love and it doesn't work well with me.

The plan the nutritionist has me on is super hard. I just resigned up for WW and am going to try that for one week and see if I can drop at least 3-5 pounds this week.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
