This week has been productive. We booked a location for our AHR and sent out the formal invitations. We have all the information for our OOT bags, and I am going to start ordering everything at the beginning of May. It's so nice that everything is coming together.

I have so much to do!! The big things are done like invites, photographer, band, hotel, dress, etc. Now I just need everyone to get their acts together and RSVP to the website so that I can start the little stuff. I'll start stressing next month.

My invites should be in by 4/11 and I will mail them out the day they come on.

The maids are ordering their dresses this weekend and I've already got my dress.

I already ahve my dress but must do the final alteration on it.

Just working on a playlist for music and FI and I are going to wedding location in Punta Cana at the end of April to draw up a contract for the wedding and lock down the menu and any other loose ends before the big day. Am getting REALLy excited!

OMG Nicole (and girls!)! I am freaked. So much to do and I have no idea how or when it will all come together. I figure by next month I'll finally start buying all the stuff off the internet that I've been bookmarking.

My biggest problem right now is finishing all the computer projects I've been working on. I just need to find the time to sit down and do it already! I've been procrastinating like its the gym or something! AAARRRGGGHHHH!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
