TA Issue.. I need Help!!

Okay so we went to see my TA on Wed. last week.. Had to wait about 2 hours to speak to her when i finally did she totally had NO CLUE about anything. I knew way more about everything then she did (thanks to you fine ladies ) So that was a lil aggrevating.. Then she gave me some out rageous pricing for my guests.. I dont mean to pry but does anyone know what they are estimating for their guests rooms at the Dreams Cancun?? I am just curious if she even bothered to get me a discount.. On top of that she told me she was going to contact Daniella to confirm and ask all these questions i had and she would call me the next day.. Its exactly one week later and after several calls to her (she is out to lunch, she is at the Dr's) I havent heard anything. I want to try to get my STD's ready and i want to include this information I also want a peace of mind knowing pricing etc.

So in conlcusion of my rant.. Can anyone suggest a TA that I can use that has good communication with Dreams Cancun or is aware on how DW go..

It is absolutely time to ditch your TA. And if you're going to do that, don't call her about your questions - send them to the WC at Dreams directly. You don't want them getting confused.

Get rid of her and use one of the BDW TA's.

Also if you ever need an estimated quote go to one of the travel sites bookit.com or expedia.com. They will give you an idea of how much it might be.

yup same thing use one of the ta's on here they are great!

Your TA is why some people prefer to try to go it alone - lack of service and interest in you as a customer. Give the BDW TAs a try!
