We have 40 guests attending -- but sent out 186 of these Boarding Pass invites. It was a lot of work but FH and I did it all ourselves and it's a great sense of accomplishment -- and the feedback from guests has been fabulous!!

Thanks!
It DOES include the straps (I wondered about that too after ordering). It just does not include any decorations, etc.

My one disappointment with these is that you cannot insert a personalized slip that will show through on both sides. Whie it looks like it's a piece of white cardboard that you can remove and replace with something else ... in actuality ... the white cardboard is intact ... and the plastic is designed so you can only do an insert on one side.

Having known this, I would not have ordered these, so FYI for when you get them. So, what I have been doing is using large address labels imprinted with our logo and put on one side, with the personalized info slip put insode the plastic.

Does that even make sense?

Those are just too cute! Thanks for sharing. I do have a question. What is the reason behind giving the luggage tags? Is it just a nice gesture? Since I wouldn't have many to make, I may go ahead and make some up. Everyone needs luggage tags right. Sorry if I sound dumb again.

I used the different logos/monograms so that for couples and families they aren't all getting the exact same thing.

I am going to mail these out in late March to all confirmed guests along with our info packets.

As soon as I get them printed (buying the card stock tomorrow) I will post pics of the finished product. But here is the template I used in case anyone is interested.

Just a nice gesture to send out a few weeks prior to the wedding. I don't even really expect them to be used, except perhaps for the DW.

I had the monograms made by Aylee and Creative Montage. I can't remember who did these. they used to be free or $5 but I think now they charge a bit more but do a search for "sprouille" -- i think that's the right spelling off the top of my head -- and she can hook you up!!! Sarah ROCKS!!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
