I have tried healthy snacks but it works the same. But I eat because I want to eat. Now I am 5'5" and I weigh about 165lb. I am very top heavy 36DDD with a 31in waist.

I would love to get down to 130 but will settle 145. I will start a new eating regiment on a monday and do good all week. Then the weekend it is over.

I AM A FAT COW

Any words of wisdom on how to beat the gorging
It's interesting how we cope with our emotions. I'm the opposite...when I'm stressed, angry, upset...I starve. Last year, I was under major emotional duress...purchased and financed three real estate properties during market peak in Edmonton under deadlines, started a brand new job, and planned my weddings--I was a freakin WRECK! My weight fell to 105 lbs (I'm 5'4), my boobs shrunk (I had to stuff my bra under my wedding dress), and my bones started to stick out.

I'm alot more sane now that 2007 is over, and my weight is heading back to normal.

So, um, yeah...guess I'm don't qualify for the Fat Moo Club, lol.

Knock..knock...knock...Did you hear that??

No it's not the pizza or Chinese delivery guy, it's me knocking on the FCC door!

I want to join too!

Believe me you - every time I put on my wedding dress and see those flabby arms I cringe! My dress isn't even the slightest revealing anyway and I still feel like I look bad! My dress has a full back because my DDD's need some support! There is no way in hell I was going to go strapless!

Do you think I've done anything about it? HELL NO! What is my excuse for not getting on the treadmill...I need new tennis shoes.

I am going to go out tomorrow and buy me some!

Come on girls! We can do this together! I know - it is SO hard being in a rut but I think we can motivate eachother and have some good laughs at the same time!

We don't have to be "fat cows", we can be "busty beauvine's" (is that how you spell it??)

I want to join the FCC! Moooo!

You'd see me and reject me from the FCC. But I want to be a part! I have 7 pounds to go, and I just CANNOT get any of them off!

But, the key to my first 7 pounds was edamame. The frozen kind in the shell. Rinse them and microwave them for a minute or a minute and a half.

High in fiber, a bit of protien, low carbs, low fat. And - this was the key for me - you eat them with your hands. The activity alone satisfied a lot of that "hand-to-mouth" thing that just kills me.

Can't wait to try the salsa with the veggies!! I don't suppose swapping the salsa for guacamole counts?

Ok I want in on the FCC too!

For the last few weeks I've been eating Salba with my breakfast and it's really helped me with cravings and feeling full longer...it's wonderful!

I think my biggest problem is not getting my fat ass to the gym. I'm pretty lazy :)

I don't eat a ton, or even badly - I'm pretty healthy food wise, it's just my activity level....or lack of one...

thanks for the tip about the edamame rebecca! i will buy some at the grocery store today. i have always been an eater for no good reason, and every once and awhile i still do it, but since i started WW its been much easier to stop because i hate counting what i put in my mouth.

i need to lose 12 pounds before my dress gets here around march 24. i am 5'2" and 144 right now, which my doctor tells me is slightly overweight for my frame. my girls are large C's and i wear a pant size 8. and then after the dress arrives, id like to lose another 5-10 if possible. weight watchers has been great so far for anyone whos kinda on the fence about trying it. i lost 5 pounds in the first 3 weeks. i just dont want to look fat in my wedding photos. my tummy is the biggest problem, all my weight goes directly to it. and i have chubby upper arms when i look at photos of me in my dress from the day i bought it. i dont want any arm fat. and now that i decided to get a videographer too, the camera adds 10 pounds, ladies. ugh. sending out a MOO to all of you! we can do it together.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
