Here's what it looks like in the WW calculator:

Serving - Ingredient - Points
1 cup cherry tomato(es) - 0 points
1/4 cup Dole Green Onions - 0 points
1/4 cup cooked kidney beans - 0.5 points
1 cup hearts of palm chopped - 0 points
1/2 cup cooked broccoli - 0 points
2 cup lettuce - 0 points
5 Tbsp Fresh Choice® Pepperoncini - 0.5 points
10 Tbsp Carapelli Balsamic vinegar - 0 points

Subtotal 1 point!

I actually increase the cherry tomatoes to a whole 12 oz. (like a dry pint) and the hearts of palm to like 2 cups for an additional point and the whole thing comes out to 2.5 points and is VERY filling!

Cathrine you are not a cow! I'm 5'3", currently at 170 and even though I am top heavy (36d+) I can't continue to blame the weight on my chest. I mean each breast cannot weigh 17 pounds!

I'm working out and watching what I eat. I've had great success with Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople to really become aware of what I'm eating. I'm down 10 pounds so if I can do it , so can you!

My other big secret is to add a HUGE (and I mean HUGE) salad onto my meals so that way I feel really full! My classic lunch salad is:

mixed green
steamed broccoli
egg whites
green onions
1/4 c. kidney beans (this is the only item int eh salad where you need to what the amount)
hearts of palm
peppercinis (I have no idea how to spell this)
green beans
cherry tomatoes
tons and tons of balsamic vinegar

The whole salad is like 1 WW point... aka no fat, very few calories and lot of fiber!
I love salad. I do tuna on my salad. this week I made chili for the cold weather and put that onto the salad. How many points was that. No dressing

Checking them out right now. I was told my twins weigh about 15lbs. But I like my girls that is the one thing that I would love to keep

Oooh - I love tuna! Depending on the chili and the amount it was probably only an additional 1 - 4 points. Not bad at all for a big, delicious meal wink.gif Have you tried the 1 point taco soup/veggy chili? I am obsessed with it. Literally. In fact my plan is to go home and make it AGAIN tonight! My poor DH is SO sick of it!

That makes sense. Do you think it's all the fiber? I know sometimes when I take Beano with a big meal like that it helps. But I do not have IBS so it may be different for you. What about cooked veggies - are those better?

10 pounds is awesome! Congrats! I like SparkPeople a lot too. For me since I already do WW it was too much to track on both sites but I think this is a great option for people who want an online community/tracker/coach for FREE! That is a great price!

Ha! You're in!

Honestly I don't actually think ANY of you are Fat Cows but the point is we FEEL like we are and together we will feel better! How about we start our own Fat Cow Club? People can use whatever method works for them but we can just support each other with ideas and motivation!

maybe I will finally stop doing this smile78.gif so much!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
