You don't do kenpo? It reminds me a lot of tae bo. FI and I have fun doing the work outs together. It's great bonding time.

I'm not sure what type of yoga it is Kash. This was my first attempt at doing yoga. I was not successful. Apparently I'm not that flexible because it hurt too bad and several moves I couldn't even get myself to bend into.
I prefer taebo. There is too much time spent blocking in kempo for me. I prefer to kick. I have so many taebo dvds that I don't do kempo. Mike does it though.

I just tried "billy's favorite moves" the other night (taebo). It's so funny. I was doing it with a friend & mike. Mike quickly left the room. He felt too silly with these moves. My friend & i couldn't stop laughing. We really had fun with it, but it is pretty silly.

You know what. I just read the Fitness test requirements (notice I said read and haven't actually done them) but it doesn't seem to bad.

I really need to do something. I was in decent shape last year, now the pounds are coming back. I haven't felt a "burn" in a long time. I miss that.

You can modify it to suite you. I should have explained this better. Don't do the program the way it is designed if you don't lift already. But, you can do a dvd a few times a week with lighter weights even if you are a not a lifter. I just wouldn't do it 6 days a week at first like the plan has you doing. I only work out 3-4 times a week most weeks. I really don't care to do more.

So you can modify this to be easier.

Also the really killer part is all the pushups. I don't do that dvd. thats the one that hurt my friends' backs. It's not a bad dvd. I just hate pushups.

I'm a Turbo Jam addict and I see the P90X ads on beachbody.com all the time and think that it would be great for Chris and I.

It definately looks hardcore, but the fact that there are so many different workouts is a good thing for me... lots of variety!

I love the suggestion of using the mini dvd!! Except I love to turn Turbo Jam way up cause I love the music!!

I think I might look into P90X after the wedding!!

I'm also borrowing Slim in 6 from a friend, and it's an ok workout, but that Debbie chick is just annoying to me!

is that your pug in a tux? We are having this party this weekend with the theme of "finer things." I keep photoshopping a picture of a pug in a tux onto different backgrounds for the party. I'll go look for my examples.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
